How do the sizes run?
Our pieces run wide, especially the oversized cuts (drop shoulders, brushed inside and out). If you're between sizes or want a closer fit, size down. A full size chart is on every product page.

Where are your products made?
Our blanks are manufactured in Turkey. Printing and finishing happen locally: orders shipping within Europe are finished in Bavaria, Germany; orders shipping within the US are finished in Houston, Texas. No customs, no import fees, faster delivery — wherever you are.

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
No. Your order is printed in your region and ships domestically, so no customs and no surprise fees at your door.

How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order, so add a few days for production. After that: US typically 2–5 business days, Europe typically 3–7 business days.

How do I care for the print?
Wash at max 30°C, inside out. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Iron inside out on low heat — never directly on the print. Treated right, it lasts.

Is this sustainable?
Yes. Nothing is made until you order it — no overproduction, no warehouses of unsold clothes. We print with eco-friendly ink and ship plastic-free.

How do returns work?
EU: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day your order arrives, no reason needed — just message support.
US: Because every piece is printed to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing at this time. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right (see below).

Something arrived damaged or misprinted?
Message support with a photo — no need to send anything back first. Production faults are on us: replacement or full refund, your choice.
