Every item is made to order.

Fulfillment locations

  • Orders within Europe are generally produced and shipped from Bavaria, Germany.
  • Orders within the United States that are eligible for US fulfillment are produced and shipped from Houston, Texas.
  • Orders to other destinations may be shipped internationally.

Processing time
Production usually takes approximately 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

  • DACH and EU: approximately 3–5 business days
  • United States: approximately 1–5 business days, depending on the destination
  • Other international destinations: approximately 5–7 business days, plus any customs processing time

Customs and import charges
Orders that cross customs borders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and may be payable by the recipient unless they are collected at checkout.
