Terms of service

1. Provider These terms govern all purchases from this online store, operated by Luxour Creative OÜ, registry code 17441257, Estonia ("we", "us").

2. Products Our products are apparel printed on demand. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in color and print position are normal for made-to-order items.

3. How a contract is formed By placing an order you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email (order confirmation). If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any payment already made.

4. Prices Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the customer's market. The final price, applicable taxes, discounts, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before the order is placed.

5. Payment We accept payment by card (via Shopify Payments) and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of order. Card and PayPal payments are processed by the respective providers; we never receive your full card details.

6. Delivery See our Shipping Policy. Fulfillment and shipping locations depend on the destination, product availability, and the facility selected for the order. Some orders may cross customs borders. Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal — see our Withdrawal & Returns Policy.

8. Statutory guarantee (EU consumers) As a consumer in the EU you are entitled to the statutory guarantee of conformity: goods must match their description and be free of defects. If a defect appears within two years of delivery, you have the statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund, as applicable.

9. Liability We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, and limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. under product-liability law) remains unaffected.

10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you additionally enjoy the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, which this choice of law does not override.
