Refund policy

For consumers in the EU — Right of Withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Luxour Creative OÜ, davidandgoliath.shop@outlook.com — of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any extra cost if you chose a delivery type other than the cheapest standard option we offer), without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used, at no fee to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have proven you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back to MarketPrint (MarketConsultive GmbH), Allgäuerstraße 35, 87719 Mindelheim, Germany without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days expire. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us at davidandgoliath.shop@outlook.com within 30 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — you don't need to send anything back.
